We encourage our members to utilize this facility and expand their networking opportunities and renew some old acquaintances. Book your room early!

Please follow these steps to reserve hotel rooms for the AVMA/AAAP/PSA Annual Meeting through the Wyndham Jade Housing Services website:

1. Go to http://www.wynjade.com/avma11/specialty/.
2. Enter "PSA11" as your password.
3. Select "RESERVE" to reserve your room online or "PRINT" for a printable housing form.
4. Once you click "RESERVE", you will be directed to a Member Login page.

5. Complete the Attendee Hotel Reservation Form and click "CONTINUE".
6. Enter your Arrival and Departure dates and Occupancy preference, then click "SEARCH".
7. Select the "HYATT REGENCY AT THE ARCH" and enter any special requests. Click "CONTINUE".
8. Review your reservation details, then click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT".
9. Enter your payment information.
