Collection of PowerPoint Files Prior to Meeting

Again this year each room will be equipped with a computer and an LCD projector. In an effort to maximize efficiency onsite and to avoid possible technical issues, we will be collecting PowerPoint files for oral presentations only prior to the meeting (see deadlines below). After all presentations have been collected, they will be distributed to the appropriate conference room locations on site prior to the start of the session. To ensure a smooth presentation, it is critical that you read and follow the instructions provided.

Upload Process

If you submitted an abstract, your presentation must be submitted electronically through our upload site at:

http://www.fass-abstracts.org/meetinginfo.asp?meetingcode=197

This is the same application used to submit the meeting abstracts. Select the “Login and Manage Abstracts” Link and be sure to use the same account login information that was created at the time of submission. If you do not recall this information, use the “forgot password” link on the login page. Once you are logged in, click the "add/manage documents" link for your abstract in the table to go to the upload page. Do NOT create a new account. You will not be able to upload your presentation through this site without attaching it to your previously-submitted abstract.

If you did not submit an abstract AND you are an invited speaker, please upload your presentation here:

Upload Deadlines

Deadline for all uploaded presentations is
TUESDAY, JULY 3, 11:59 PM, Central Daylight Time

By using the upload site, PPT files will be linked to the previously-submitted abstract. If you do not upload your presentation in advance, you must deliver your presentation to the preload room (ROOM E) at the convention center. Click here for more information

There is not a file size limit for uploading presentations, but please be aware that uploading large files will be hindered by connection speeds.
