Invitation Letter

The annual meeting is organized for the primary purposes of conducting the business of the association and the sharing of research-related information among the scientific community. This is a private meeting of the Poultry Science Association for its members and invited attendees only. PSA reserves the right to refuse attendance to any individuals or groups whose interests are not aligned with PSA's mission to foster scientific advancement of the poultry sciences, the poultry industry, and related fields of scientific endeavor.

An invitation letter to the 2019 PSA Annual Meeting is available upon request. Please send the following information to

  1. First (Given) Name
  2. Last (Family) Name
  3. Employer
  4. Full Mailing Address
  5. Email Address
  6. Date of Birth
  7. Passport number
  8. Nationality
  9. Abstract numbers (if applicable)
  10. A Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) detailing your experience and scientific interest in the poultry sciences
  11. Contact information for an individual at your University or another public institution (ex: bank, Government agency, etc.) who PSA can contact for confirmation of your employment. Please include the reference individual's name, institution, position title, address, email and phone number.
    An official email address from a government institution or university must be provided. Email addresses from a public domain such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc., are not verifiable and will not be accepted for reference letters.

Your invitation request will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the requested information.
