2026 Invitation Letter Request
To request an invitation letter, you must first register for the PSA 2026 (registration opens Feb. 3, 2026) meeting and book your hotel in Toronto. Once registration is complete, you will receive a link to submit an invitation letter request form.
In addition to your standard visa information, the form will require the following meeting-specific details:

Registration confirmation number (you must be registered before submitting the request)

Whether you are presenting at the meeting

Presentation format (only if presenting)
-
Abstract title and abstract number (only if presenting)

Hotel name and hotel address

Arrival and departure dates for Toronto
Once the form has been submitted, a PSA staff member will review your request and send your invitation letter along with the event code within seven (7) business days.
The abstract submission deadline is March 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
