Presenter Information

Presentation Details Email

All presenters at the 2024 PSA Annual Meeting in Louisville will receive an email with details regarding their presentation. This page will be updated once the email has been sent in on May 23, 2024.

Oral abstract presenters are to plan for a 12-minute in-person oral presentation in English, followed by three minutes for questions and answers.

All Oral presenters are required to upload their PowerPoint slide presentation in advance or on-site. If submitting your presentation on-site, please visit the Presentation Upload Room by the established deadline and have your presentation on a USB-Drive.

There will not be an option to upload your presentation in advance this year. Please visit the on-site Presentation Upload Room once you arrive to upload your presentation and have it ready for your session.

Receptions for viewing posters will be held both Monday and Tuesday evenings. However, poster presenters will only be required to be at their poster one of those evenings, depending on the category of their poster. Poster presenters will be sent a follow-up email noting the date of their poster presentation.

Failure to present your abstract (or have it presented on your behalf) may result in your abstract being removed from the final proceedings and could also limit your submissions for future meetings.
