Name your file: SessionTime_SessionDate_SessionName_PresenterName_FinalID (e.g., 9:00_7.10.25_StudentComp1_Smith.Jane_301P.pptx).
Presentation Format & Requirements
Format: Only landscape presentations will be accepted. Portrait-format files will be declined.
File Types Accepted: PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, and standard video formats (.mov, .mp4, .m4v, .mpeg).
File Size: Limit your file size to 85MB. Embedded videos should be under 3 minutes.
Slides: Please prepare 2–4 slides for your ePoster.
Oral Presentations
Presentation Submission Date: July 7, 2026
If you do not submit your presentation by July 7, 2026 you must upload your presentation onsite one day prior to your presentation time.

Oral Presentations Format
Presentations should be prepared in widescreen format (16:9) with a recommended resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
To ensure the best display quality, presenters are encouraged to:
- Use large, easy-to-read fonts and graphics.
- Limit text on slides.
- Test videos and animations before uploading.
- Save a backup copy of the presentation on a USB drive.
